10:30 - 10:45am Snack Break

2:00 - 3:00pm Small Sided Games
3:00pm Campers Depart
Registration/Checkin
Campers should arrive as early as 8:30 am and no later than 9:00 am on December 27th for check-in. Camp will conclude at 3:00pm. No physical examination is required for camp, however, upon receipt of your application, UW will send required health and concussion forms to be completed and faxed/mailed back to the UW sports medicine staff. All forms must be received prior to the start of camp.
Drop-off/Pick-up
There will be a pick-up/drop-off area on the North side of the McClain Center. Driving directions would be to go North on Randall Ave, take a left on Engineering Drive. We will have a staff member outside Lot 17 (parking garage) directing traffic where to turn. You may also choose to pay for parking in the Lot 17 parking garage.
Snack Break
There will be a snack break as shown in the schedule above. Campers should bring a snack to camp in a clearly marked container. We recommend that each camper bring their own water jug. Please make sure that all items brought to camp are clearly marked with identification.
Equipment Needs
Campers should arrive each day ready to play in soccer clothing including shin guards and socks. Soccer cleats and flats or sneakers are recommended as we may use a different indoor facility for certain games. Bring a soccer ball and water bottle.

Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the session will pay an administrative fee of $25 that will be deducted from your refund. After that point, refunds will only be given for medical reasons when accompanied by a signed letter from a licensed physician. Supervision and Conduct
Campers will be supervised at all times to ensure a secure environment. Sports medicine staff will be on duty at all times during camp. Any misconduct by a camper is grounds for immediate dismissal from the camp without a refund.
